Shipping PROCESSING TIME

Refunds and Exchanges :

 If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 7 days of receiving items for an exchange. Please do not send back purchases until you have corresponded with an Abacus Row representative. Items mailed back must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Abacus Row reserves the right to refuse exchanges if items are not in their original condition. All products sent back to Abacus Row must be pre-paid and sent with delivery confirmation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery
